Wipro Ltd, a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company, and Qlik, a leader in visual analytics, have extended their existing partnership globally to deliver advanced enterprise analytics solutions, providing increased value and higher ROI to customers across industry sectors worldwide.
Wipro and Qlik have already worked together to develop value-added BI and analytics solutions for customers. Their Field Performance Measurement Solution, powered by Qlik, was developed by Wipro to enable business managers to gain a single view of their field agents’ performance in order to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Wipro’s experience with end-to-end BI solutions combined with QlikView, Qlik’s market-leading data discovery solution, is expected to broaden the scope and scale of visualisation solutions the two companies can bring to customers.
“Data visualisation enables faster and better decision making for businesses and that is the reason why organisations across the globe are investing in newer and more sophisticated business intelligence solutions that incorporate visualisation tools,” said Pallab Deb, vice president and global head – analytics, Wipro.
“Our relationship with Wipro is creating competitive advantages for our customers by helping them to deploy end-to-end, data-driven solutions for their analytics needs,” said Toni Adams, senior vice president, partners and alliances, Qlik. “With this strengthened alliance, we are focused on building and delivering solutions and services that are the foundational elements for the deep insight necessary to make the promise of agile business a reality.”
As part of the global alliance, QlikView has been fully integrated into Wipro’s SmartView – ServiceNXT analytics solution to simplify decision making by converting complex data into easily understood visuals. This integrated solution is designed to help organisations model, optimise, forecast, budget, execute, manage and measure product and customer performance across the globe with the simple click of a button.
QlikView has also been integrated into Wipro’s SNIPE-BI Transformation Solution, which helps organisations simplify their BI landscape. The integrated solution assists enterprises on their digital transformation journeys by helping them create a self-service analytics culture, enabling them to standardise and set up governance, processes and policies with robust migration frameworks, tools and accelerators.
The companies have been jointly hosting initiatives to upskill and cross-skill resources from Wipro, including Innovation Days and Qlik Academy courses. Wipro has a dedicated workforce of over 160,000, serving clients in 175+ cities across six continents.
