The Warranty Group, a global provider of warranty solutions and underwriting services, has implemented data visualisation tool Tableau within its Australian franchise, making the country the BI hub for the Asia Pacific region.
The Warranty Group has operations in more than 50 countries, providing underwriting, claims administration and marketing expertise to manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of consumers goods such as motor vehicles, home,s, consumer appliances, electronics and furniture.
Australia accounts for 24 per cent of the company’s business in APAC, with more than 3.6 million customers across various industries.
Using Tableau, The Warranty Group will provide a customised service solution demands by its clients, creating an improved customer experience that delivers on the company’s promise of convenience and brand loyalty.
“This ties in with our business strategy for Australia and the region, and further enhances the services we offer to new and existing clients,” said Hemaka Perera, director of sales, Southeast Asia, The Warranty Group.
“This investment makes our Australia office the core of our business intelligence capabilities, and this move is already paying dividends with new mandates.
