The suite comprises Cornerstone View, Cornerstone Planning and Cornerstone Insights, along with Cornerstone Reporting.

Cornerstone Planning is a workforce planning application that enables organisations to improve their workforce planning in alignment with budgets and to generate forecasts for both expenses and future resource gaps. The application enables users to easily create, manage and execute accurate hiring plans over multiple time horizons.
Cornerstone Insights is a predictive and prescriptive analytics solution, revamped with two new dashboards for career mobility and learning optimisation, to provide organisations with the intelligence to better recruit, train, manage and develop their people.
Cornerstone Reporting is a set of self-service reporting tools and visually rich dashboards, enabling control of, and visibility into, Cornerstone system data.
