Mobile analytics for telcos the target of Mahindra Comviva’s new solution

MobiLytix Suite

Mahindra Comviva, a global mobility solutions provider, has introduced MobiLytix Suite, a scalable, big data-driven mobile analytics solution designed to deliver actionable customer insights to increase revenue for telecom operators.

The MobiLytix Suite is a comprehensive solution that aggregates subscriber usage data across multiple touch points, enabling telecom companies to obtain real-time insights expected to result in usage growth of about 5 per cent. According to Mahindra Comviva, in addition to increased revenues, telecom operators can also increase both response and reach rates. It can support 20,000 transactions per second on a single deployment and execute more than 600 campaigns simultaneously.

The backbone of the suite is an analytics engine designed to help telcos gain a deeper understanding of the various events across a customer’s lifecycle and to help develop strategies to maximise customer lifetime value. The solution helps marketing departments to uncover hidden revenue generating patterns and to develop appropriate product and growth strategies, including the use of personalised contextual promotions.

The MobiLytix Suite comprises eight modules: Campaign Management, Winback, Churn Prediction, Interactive Notifications, Next Best Offer, Subscriber & Retailer Loyalty Solution, IRIS (Incremental Revenues through Incremental Sales) and Digital Care.
